Enquiries and session content are treated as confidential and handled in line with POPIA and professional ethical practice. Limited exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person.
Storage and retention
Enquiry details are stored securely and kept only for as long as necessary to respond to you and maintain appropriate professional records.
Your rights

Baṣirah Care does not provide emergency or crisis services. Please do not use the enquiry form for emergencies or urgent medical concerns; contact your nearest emergency service or hospital.
