Depression Self-Assessment
How have you been feeling over the past two weeks?
Low mood can affect people in different ways. Sometimes it is obvious; at other times it may show up through changes in motivation, sleep, energy, concentration, appetite, or how we feel about ourselves.
This short self-assessment can help you reflect on symptoms you may have experienced recently and whether it may be worth speaking to someone about them.
This assessment is designed for adults aged 18 and older.
This is a screening and self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis.
